- GENERAL PROVISIONS
Whenever the following terms and definitions are used in these Regulations, they shall be understood as follows:
- REGULATIONS - these regulations of the website available at: https://prymatgroup.pl/
- SITE - Service Provider's website available at the following internet address: https://prymatgroup.pl/
- SERVICE PROVIDER – Prymat sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Jastrzębie-Zdrój (address: ul. Chlebowa 14, 44-337 Jastrzębie-Zdrój) entered under KRS number 0000059133 into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, with NIP number 6332014478, REGON number 276681517. - USER - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, who uses the services provided by the Service Provider electronically on the Site;
- ELECTRONIC SERVICE - a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User through the Site;
- AGREEMENT - a contract for the provision of electronic services by the Service Provider to the User;
- CONTACT FORM - Electronic Service, an interactive form available on the Site that allows you to contact and submit a request to the Service Provider.
- ELECTRONIC SERVICE PROVISION ACT, ACT - The Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002 (i.e.: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1513)
- GDPR - is understood as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
- PRYMAT SITE ELECTRONIC SERVICES
2.1. The following Electronic Services are available on the Site: Contact Form.
2.1.1 Contact Form - the contact form is available on the Site after clicking on the "Contact" field. You use the contact form by filling out the form fields, which vary depending on the topic you are contacting us with. When contacting us regarding your desire to file a product complaint, please fill out the following fields on the form: "product name", "name", "e -mail", "message content" (mandatory fields) and "lot number", "mailing address", "phone" (voluntary fields). If you are contacting to develop the subject of the offer and inquiry you fill out the form fields: "e-mail" and "message content" (mandatory fields). Regardless of the selected contact topic, you also have the option to add an attachment. In addition, after completing the half form, but before submitting an inquiry, the User must declare that he/she has read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and accepts their provisions. If the User fills in the fields marked as voluntary in the Contact Form, he/she should also consent to the processing of his/her personal data by Prymat Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Chlebowa 14, 44-337 Jastrzębie-Zdrój for the purpose of processing the application. The Contact Form allows you to send an inquiry to the Service Provider in order to receive a response from the Service Provider on the contact channel provided. Provision by the User of a mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number in the field of the Contact Form constitutes consent to be contacted by the Service Provider in order to receive a response to a submitted inquiry. The Service Provider may request additional information from the User to the extent necessary to respond. Using the Contact Form does not require registration or login.
2.1.1.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for the decisions of the User made on the basis of information obtained in connection with the inquiry submitted through the Contact Form. The Service Provider declares that all information obtained by the User in connection with the provision of the Contact Form service is of informational value and cannot be the basis for any claims against the Service Provider.
2.1.1.2. The Electronic Service of the Contact Form is provided free of charge for the time necessary to respond to the inquiry submitted by the User.
2.2. Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the information and communication system used by the Service Provider: (1) a computer, laptop or other multimedia device with Internet access; (2) access to e-mail; (3) a web browser: Mozilla Firefox version 137.0.0 and higher, Microsoft Edge version 135.0.0 and higher, Opera version 117.0.0 and higher, Google Chrome version 135.0.0 and higher; (4) recommended minimum screen resolution: 1024x768; (5) enable cookies and Javascript in your web browser.
2.3. The User is obliged to use the Site and the Electronic Services in a manner consistent with the law and good morals, taking into account respect for personal rights and copyrights and intellectual property of the Service Provider and third parties. The User is obliged to enter data in accordance with the facts. The User is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
2.4. Complaint procedure:
2.4.1. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider, the User may submit in particular:
- a) in writing to the address: ul. Chlebowa 14, 44-337 Jastrzębie Zdrój
- b) in electronic form via e-mail to: prymat@prymat.pl
2.4.2. It is recommended that the User specify in the description of the complaint: (1) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the irregularity; (2) the User's request; and (3) the contact details of the complainant - this will facilitate and expedite the processing of the complaint by the Service Provider. The requirements stated in the preceding sentence are in the form of a recommendation only and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted with the omission of the recommended description of the complaint.
2.4.3. The Service Provider shall respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.
2.5. Photos posted on the Site are for illustrative purposes only.
- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

- FINAL PROVISIONS
4.1. Agreements concluded through the Service are concluded in the Polish language.
4.2. Amendment of the Regulations:
4.2.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations for important reasons, i.e.: changes in the provisions of law to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations; changes in the scope of services offered, the need to clarify or unify the provisions of the Regulations; final judgments or final administrative decisions affecting the scope of regulation of these Regulations.
4.2.2. In the case of conclusion of contracts of a different nature than continuous contracts on the basis of these Regulations (e.g., provision of Electronic Service - Contact Form), the amendments to the Regulations will not in any way affect the acquired rights of Service Recipients before the effective date of the amendments to the Regulations.
4.3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The regulations are effective as of 18.04.2025.
